Terms of service
Updated: 27.10.2026.
1. General
These terms apply to services provided by Senikon — [Имя ИП · рег. № · адрес] (“we”). By sending a request or approving a mock-up, you agree to these terms.
2. Services and prices
- Start — a website based on a ready-made template, up to 3 pages, 1 language, 1 round of revisions, ready in 3–5 business days. An online shop can be added as an add-on. Full price €300; with the discount (see section 5) — €100.
- Custom — custom design and more complex sites, including online shops; from €350, with the exact price and timeline agreed before work starts; unlimited revisions within the agreed scope.
- Hosting & support — €15/month (see section 6).
- Extra language — €25 one-off per language.
- Add-ons — business email €5/month per mailbox, email newsletters from €5/month, online shop from €20/month; bundles as shown on the pricing page.
- Adding products to a shop — up to 5 products free, 6–15 products +€100, 16–30 products +€200, more than 30 — price on request, or you add them yourself. You provide product descriptions, prices and photos.
Prices are final: we are not VAT-registered and no VAT is charged.
3. How we work
- You send a request.
- We prepare a mock-up free of charge (on the Start plan — within 3–5 business days of receiving all the information we need).
- Revisions. A round of revisions is one combined list of changes that you send in one go; we make all the changes and send you the updated version. The Start plan includes 1 round; further changes are covered by support minutes after launch or charged at up to €30/hour.
- You approve the mock-up and pay.
- We connect your domain and launch the site.
If you do not approve the mock-up, you pay nothing.
4. Payment
Payment is made only after you approve the mock-up, via Stripe: a one-off payment for the build and a monthly subscription for hosting and add-ons. If you pay for a year upfront, 2 months are free.
5. The €200 discount and the 12-month condition
- The full price of a Start website is €300. The €200 discount is granted on condition that the site is hosted with us for 12 consecutive months from launch.
- If you want to take the site straight away, the price is €300.
- If you take the site or cancel the subscription before 12 months, you pay €200.
- After 12 months you can take the site at no extra cost.
6. Hosting and support
€15/month covers running the site on our servers, an SSL certificate, daily backups and up to 30 minutes of edits a month. Edits are small changes: texts, prices, photos, contact details, opening hours, news. New pages, a redesign or new features are quoted separately. Unused minutes do not carry over to the next month. Work beyond 30 minutes a month is charged at up to €30/hour; we always agree the amount first.
7. If a payment is missed
If a monthly payment is not received, the site stays online for 5 more days and is then switched off. Once payment is made, we restore the site.
8. Cancelling the subscription
You can cancel at any time by writing to us. No further payments are charged. If you cancel within 12 months of launch, section 5 applies.
9. Domain
You buy the domain in your own name, and it belongs to you. We help you choose the name and connect the domain to the site. Domain costs are not included in our prices.
10. Content and rights
You are responsible for having the rights to the materials you give us (texts, logo, photos). Content you provide remains yours. If you have no photos of your own, we use licensed stock photos. When the site is handed over (see section 5), you receive the site files and a copy of the database.
11. Liability
We do our best to keep the site running without interruption and your data safe (daily backups). We are not liable for indirect losses or for interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control.
12. Personal data
How we process personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
13. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; changes do not affect periods already paid for. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes are resolved by negotiation and, failing that, in the courts of the Republic of Latvia. If you are a consumer, you keep all rights granted by consumer protection law.
