Pricing questions
Do I pay before or after I see the site?
After. We first make a free mock-up; you pay only once you approve it.
What do the 30 minutes of support cover, and what does more cost?
Small edits: texts, prices, photos, contact details, opening hours, news. Work beyond 30 minutes a month is up to €30/hour; we always agree the amount first.
What counts as a “round of revisions”?
One combined list of changes that you send in one go. We make all the changes and send you the updated version.
Why does a template site cost €100, not €300?
The full price of a template site is €300. The €200 discount applies when the site is hosted with us for 12 months.
What if I want to take the site before 12 months?
You can: you repay the €200 discount. After 12 months you can take the site at no extra cost.
Can I switch from Start to Custom?
Yes, any time. Custom work is priced per project.
Can I add add-ons later?
Yes. Email, newsletters or a shop can be added at any time.
Do I need to buy a domain, and will you help?
You buy the domain in your own name. We help you choose the name and connect it to the site.
How do I cancel the subscription?
Write to us — we cancel the subscription and the next payment won’t be charged. Before 12 months, the €200 discount has to be repaid.
