Privacy policy

Updated: 27.10.2026.

This policy explains how Senikon processes your personal data when you visit senikon.com, send a request or ask a question.

1. Controller

Data controller: [Имя ИП · рег. № · адрес]. For data protection matters: hello@senikon.com.

2. What data we process

  • Request data: name, email, phone / WhatsApp, preferred language, business name, industry, business description, domain, chosen plan, template and add-ons, preferences, and uploaded files (logo, photos).
  • Question data: name, email and your message.
  • Client data: correspondence, invoice and payment details (payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store card details).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and request time in server logs, needed to keep the site secure.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

  • To prepare your free mock-up and offer and to contact you — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To build, host and maintain your website and provide other services — performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)).
  • To meet accounting and tax requirements — legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)).
  • To protect the site against spam and abuse — legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Who receives the data

We do not sell data. It may only be processed by service providers who help us:

  • a web hosting provider in the European Union (servers in Lithuania);
  • an email service provider we use to receive requests and correspond with you;
  • Stripe — payment processing;
  • providers of artificial intelligence tools we use to prepare copy and mock-ups from your request.

Where any of these providers processes data outside the EU/EEA, this is done with safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

5. How long we keep data

  • Requests and questions that do not lead to a contract — up to 12 months after the last contact.
  • Client data — for the duration of the contract and afterwards for as long as the law requires (for example, for accounting records).
  • Server logs — briefly, for security purposes.

6. Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to hello@senikon.com — we will reply within one month.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (www.dvi.gov.lv).

7. Cookies

See our Cookie policy.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always on this page.
